We offer a convenient service with pickup and drop off from your home/office for only £11.99 (each), to get started, fill out the form below and we will be in touch with further instructions.
- If you’ve chosen to use our express shipping services, we will email you a shipping label upon receipt of the requested information. (NOTE: You’ll need access to a printer)
- This Express delivery also includes a £50 compensation cover for lost items. (If you need additional cover, please let us know)
- Please DO NOT send any accessories, protective back covers/cases, chargers (unless you want us to test the charger for charging/power issues)
- Please DO NOT send your SIM Card, you can use your SIM in another device while we repair yours.
- Please securely wrap your device using bubble wrap or similar packaging to prevent your device from any damage.
- Place your device in a jiffy bag or a rigid box and attach the shipping label to the front.
- We will confirm the receipt of the device and repair it within 24-48 hours
- We will email you an invoice and upon receipt of payment, we will return the device to you using safe, secured and tracked delivery
